My clients work in a wide range of industries but have one thing in common; the need to foster and implement a change. I enjoy working with leaders and teams who are responsible for significant strategic initiatives that will transform their organization or the markets they serve. In other instances my coaching clients are looking to transform some aspect of their professional and/or personal life to reach new goals.

My clients already have a track record of success and are looking to combine their talent with new leadership skills, greater self-awareness, and new ways of approaching change.

Below are just some of the scenarios in which my skills can bring value to you or your organization, and I invite you to contact me to discuss your specific needs.

One-on-One Coaching:

  • You have a successful track record and have just received a promotion. You want to be known for your outstanding leadership skills and thrive in your new role.
  • You have been asked to lead a significant new project in your firm that puts you in the spotlight. This is your opportunity to shine, but you know the risks. You want a coach in your corner to help you keep your eye on the goal, support your leadership skills, and overcome the challenges you know you will confront.
  • You are good at what you do, but something isn't quite right. You want more fulfillment, balance, perhaps even something totally different and it seems like the right time to take the leap.

Team Coaching:

  • You're leading a bright group of people who just aren't delivering as a team. Deadlines are slipping, miscommunication is getting in the way, and no one seems to have any energy for the work. Something needs to change.
  • You and your team have just been tasked with a high profile project. The team really wants to get it right, perhaps do things a little differently, and increase their chances of being wildly successful.
  • A two-day team retreat has been planned and you want it to leave a lasting impression on the group. You're looking for some facilitation support and something more - team building that goes beyond games and will improve your performance as a team.

Consulting:

  • Change is continuous in your business, but your staff seem to be suffering from change burnout. Staff aren't seeing the benefit of their effort; energy and motivation are low. The next change is coming, and you would like to try a new approach and perhaps touch up your own leadership skills.
  • As a senior management team your job is to plan and lead change initiatives. Your track record of success has been good, but not great. This time you want to develop a thorough strategy and implementation plan that will move the organization in the right direction.
  • A merger integration team has an endless "to do" list of change projects. The team could benefit from the input of an objective third party to challenge their thinking, instill rigour in the process, and promote creative problem solving to keep the team on track.
